Introduction

Once a largely overlooked Midtown property, 1372 Peachtree was transformed into WeWork’s Southeast headquarters and a progressive coworking environment. The adaptive reuse integrated new MEP distribution with glass-fronted offices, collaborative common spaces and modern amenities while working within the character and constraints of the existing three-story building.
