The historic assembly space was transformed into a collaborative headquarters for OnPay that celebrates its original industrial character. Within the 20,830-square-foot workplace, MEP systems were thoughtfully integrated with exposed ceilings, brick walls, polished concrete, and repurposed elements to support modern functionality while complementing the historic environment.
