“The Meadows” transformed a 1997 office building into a contemporary amenity destination centered on community and well-being. MEP systems were renovated and integrated with existing infrastructure to support a diverse mix of gathering, lounge, and activity spaces. Thoughtful engineering coordination supported the reimagined first floor while enhancing functionality and performance within the existing building.
