A five-story, 1980s office building was transformed into a 103,000-square-foot technology and innovation hub supporting coworking, startup, incubator, and community spaces. MEP systems were adapted and integrated within the existing infrastructure to accommodate flexible occupancy, modern functionality, and the evolving demands of a highly collaborative workplace environment.
